Misha Collins recently confirmed at a Convention that Cas still has all of his memories, so what we can expect is a reunion with Sam and Dean at some point. If things go well, Cas will acclimatize to humanity by fully experiencing the pros and cons of it, and Sam and Dean will be there to help him along the way.
